The ICOM-CC Triennial Conference presents an overview of the current state of conservation research and practice. The provisional selection of papers has been made, and we are now inviting abstracts for posters. Contributions from ICOM members and non-members are welcome.
Posters may address the aims and triennial programs of the ICOM-CC Working Groups and/or the conference theme. Poster presentation is particularly well suited to material with a strong visual impact. Submitted work must be original and must not have been published elsewhere or be under consideration by another publication. Poster abstracts will be published in the Conference Preprints.
All contributions must be submitted and delivered in English. At least one author of each selected poster must be present at the conference to discuss the work.
Final papers and poster abstracts may be submitted as of 1 October 2016. When submitting poster abstracts, please use the Poster template provided.
Authors of papers should refer to the instructions provided.
Contributions will be evaluated and graded by the relevant Working Group coordinator and a peer reviewer assigned to that group. The choice of final papers and poster presentations will be made by a Selection Committee composed of current and past Directory Board members plus the Managing Editor.
Only those authors whose papers and poster abstracts are selected will be required to complete the copyright transfer agreement. Successful authors will be notified in late March 2017 at the conclusion of the review process. Each author listed on a contribution must submit a completed agreement.
