Deadline for conference registration by presenting authors
Non-compliance with these deadlines may result in the rejection of contributions.
Provisional lists of papers and posters presentations can be found under the Conference tab.
These were compiled from information listed on each author's Contribution Details page as of mid-April and may not reflect subsequent updates to the papers/posters.
The final lists and program will be posted closer to the conference date.
Contributions for papers and posters are now closed.
A list of accepted contributions will be posted to the website in April.
Authors whose papers have been returned for revision should refer to the Instructions for Papers as well as the comments provided in their author file.
All contributions must be delivered in English. At least one author of each selected paper and poster must be present at the conference to discuss the work.
Please note that for each accepted contribution, an individual copyright transfer form must be completed and signed by the main author and EVERY co-author. Further instructions will be provided during the week of the 17th of April.
In the meantime, it is critical that main authors verify the following information for each accepted contribution: exact final title of contribution, name and email of co-author(s) in the suggested format and order they should appear. This information can be updated using the "edit details" function of a contribution in the Preprints platform. It will later be used on the PDF copyright transfer form and must therefore be accurate.
